I have just joined Tribe.com.

I regularly took part in 5 Rhythms workshops in Dublin, Ireland up till last November. I have since moved to Kingston, Jamaica, and really REALLY need to move in the 5 Rhythms again. I'm currently so stuck in Staccatto (enclosed in boundaries right now) that I want to move in other rhythms but finding it hard at the moment.

Does anyone know of any 5 Rhythm workshops that are going on in Jamaica, Miami or anywhere else in the Caribbean.

Any info anyone has will be greatly appreciated.
