Hi tribe,
I have a great room in my home for someone who needs a place to rest his/her head between travels, or while in NYC. Ideally it's for February and March but I am open to other time frames, shorter or longer. The room is 11x16, with wood floors, high ceiling, and 2 windows that you can see actual trees out of. We would share the kitchen and bath.
Rent is $800/month, including utilities, cable internet, and cable tv if you want it. The neighborhood is diverse and unpretentious, the Newkirk Ave stop on the Q/B train. The Flatbush Food Co-op and a cool hip political coffee shop are a few blocks away.
I would love to find a five rhythms kindred to live here. Incense and Goddess friendly, alcohol and drugs not so much. Clean in the common spaces, and respectful of the space. Feet on the ground a must.
